In recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, but it is far from being able to adapt to the needs of national economic development. The main problem is the excess of low-end molds, but the high-end molds are in short supply and must even rely on imports. Therefore, mold companies must identify their own weaknesses, and our gap with foreign counterparts is mainly in the following five aspects.
Raw material problem

Debug level
The mold is, in its essence, a tooling, and the production of a qualified product is the ultimate goal. Therefore, the quality and performance of the mold depend on the test results. Due to the short delivery time and the limitations of the test equipment, the domestic mold factory often puts the quality inspection work on the user's test mode, which is easy to cause a lot of loss and waste to the user. Moreover, it is often difficult to debug the best condition due to time and site restrictions. Some well-developed foreign companies have their own test sites and equipment, which can simulate the user's working conditions, so they can achieve good results in the shortest time limit.
